Complaints Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Mixedharris Roofing wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You are welcome to write about any of these:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Mixedharris Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider you were connected with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in the network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, please tell Mixedharris Roofing too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Mixedharris Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@mixedharris.blog and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted Mixedharris Roofing or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

You will get an acknowledgment by email, usually within a few business days. Your complaint will be reviewed, which may include contacting the provider. After that, you will get a reply that explains what was found and any steps being taken.

If the Answer Does Not Satisfy You

You can reply and ask for a second look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If the issue involves a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help as well.
